Become a positive role model for middle and high school students by earning your Associate’s degree in Adolescence Education. If you’re looking to get a strong foundation in education and prepare for your transfer to a four-year college or university, this program will provide you with the tools you need.
Part of a collaboration between SUNY New Paltz and SUNY Ulster, students in this program will gain a broad base of knowledge in the concentration of their choice (English or Social Studies) at SUNY Ulster before transferring to the adolescence education program at New Paltz. Students planning to transfer to a college other than SUNY New Paltz will receive individual advisement to facilitate their transfer.
